Where This All Gets Decided
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. We both agree that the state and federal courts in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any disputes that aren’t subject to arbitration.
For any dispute that can’t be resolved informally, we both agree to binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will happen in Delaware, and the arbitrator’s decision is final. You can also bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies — that’s an option we respect.
No class actions, though. You agree to bring any dispute on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action.
If One Part Falls Apart
If a court or arbitrator finds that any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect. We’ll replace the invalid part with something that matches our original intent as closely as possible.
We Might Change These Terms
The world changes, and so do we. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date at the bottom. If the change is significant, we’ll also let you know by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on our website.
If you keep using the site after changes take effect, that means you accept the new Terms. If you don’t, please stop using our services.
When We Say Goodbye
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason — or no reason at all — with or without notice. If we do, you’re still responsible for any orders you’ve already placed and any actions you took before termination.
