PUREVANT started in 2019, not in a big boardroom or with outside investors, but on a kitchen table here in Scottsdale, Arizona. My partner and I were tired of the same old routine. We’d need a simple thing—like a solid phone stand or a decent set of kitchen tongs—and end up bouncing between a dozen different websites, reading conflicting reviews, and hoping for the best. Half the time, what showed up in the mail didn’t match the pictures. Or it broke within a month.

We kept asking ourselves the same question: why is it so hard to find reliable everyday stuff without overpaying or getting burned on quality?

So we decided to try building the kind of store we wanted to shop at ourselves. That’s how PUREVANT came to be. The name combines the idea of keeping things simple and straightforward—pure—with a focus on practical, modern essentials. No hype, no fluff. Just things that work.
